USING CELLPHONE TO SAVE WOMEN
Image
It is time to announce to the world that we are launching a major campaign to reduce maternal and infant mortality around the global. To do so we are turning to mobile. There is power in our mobile and we plan to use it for good.
Our first project is our monthly happy hours called Sip and Tweet. At our Sip and Tweet we tweet the topic of the month. Here is an example of one of our tweets “Folic Acid intake before and during pregnancy can help prevent birth defects of your baby’s brain and spinal cord”.
We are also looking to be the first to provide the women in the D.R.Congo health messages right on their cellphone. Stay turned and we will tell you when we will be launching this program.
